I Am That I Am

In some few words,
share your understanding of why God refer to himself as
'I Am That I Am'.

Exodus 3:14 & 15

14 And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.
15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.

THE BURNING BUSH {Study 4}

I Am That I Am

 The last study pointed to us that the supernatural is a sight to behold; Yes! Only if I AM THAT I AM is involved.

After receiving your call with doubtless conviction, can you prove the existence of your God if challenged?

Exodus 3: 13&14
13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, what is his name? What shall I say unto them?
14 And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.

What a name! I Am That I Am, what does it mean?

THE BURNING BUSH {Study 3}

The supernatural is a sight to behold.

There are two important features that all Christians, ministers and intending ministers must experience.

The CALL
Nothing happens haphazardly in Gods kingdom, our God is not an author of confusion. There is a divine arrangement and order to His dealings with men. Galatians 1:15 “But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,” 16 to reveal his Son in me that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
If it is God, then your conviction does not need man’s authentication or approval.

The CONVICTION
You must be able to identify what you saw that made you believe in God. Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that He is (exists) and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Do you believe in the supernatural? God showed Moses a little of the supernatural
Exodus 3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. This led to a decision in verse 3. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt. There was a move to seek the reason behind the sight.How many believers and ministers of God seek Him like we should?

If challenged today to prove the existence of your God, how would you respond?

THE BURNING BUSH {Study 2}

Today we move to Horeb the mountain of God

Most times God will separate the one He wants to visit. He prefers to set His target apart for exclusive encounter. We all at one time must have this encounter. This is the place where we experience the Holy Ghost fire and receive a mandate. This is an experience any true general of God went through.
Moses was led to the mountain by smoke to see the actual fire. Moses was humbled from being a prince to a shepherd to undergo a course in human relations from the grass root. The flame must attract you for you to see and experience the fire; therefore despise not the days of small beginning. It doesn’t matter what you are going through now, God is waiting for you to decide to turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt Exodus 3:3

To become a relevant and successful in your walk with God, you must find your Horeb, only then will God commission you for your destiny task.

THE BURNING BUSH EXPERIENCE- Study 1

Moses was intrigued by the smoke he saw and this led him to the mountain to see the actual fire. What mirage of God have you seen that made you a believer but makes the world see you as insane?

Today, we will delve into a very serious and important feature all ministers and intending ministers must experience before receiving the call. God is not an author of confusion; there must be an identifiable evidence of what you saw that made you believe God is real and that He has called you.
Hebrews 11:6 explains that without faith it is impossible to please God, anyone who comes to him must first believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
Do you believe in the supernatural or are you just identifying with church for other reasons.
The greatest conviction here is first acknowledging the existence of this great God; only after being convinced will your seeking after Him be a fruitful venture.

1.      How did you meet God? John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
2.      God showed Moses a little of the supernatural, he saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn. This supernatural sight was one Moses had to see, so Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight—why the bush does not burn up.” There was a move to seek the reason behind the sight, why do you seek God?
3.      How many believers and ministers of God seek Him so has to know Him like we should?
4.      Moses had a choice of staying with the flock but chose to see the great sight. What you have now may be a distraction, are you willing to forsake what you have to see a greater sight?

Have you met with God?
